What GP MediList is
GP MediList is a medication price comparison and ordering tool for licensed GP clinics in Singapore. We collect and display supplier pricing so you can compare and draft orders more easily. We are not a supplier, wholesaler or pharmacy ourselves, and we are not a party to any order you place -- when you email, WhatsApp, or open a supplier portal from GP MediList, you are ordering directly from that supplier, on whatever terms they offer.
Eligibility and your account
GP MediList is for licensed GP clinics in Singapore. We verify your HCSA licence before activating your account, and may ask for updated documents if your licence changes or expires. You’re responsible for keeping your login access to your own clinic staff, and for activity that happens under your account.
Pricing accuracy
We work to keep supplier prices, pack sizes and contact details accurate and current, but this data is compiled from supplier price lists and portals that change over time, and may be out of date or contain errors. Always confirm price, pack size and availability with the supplier before finalising an order -- GP MediList isn’t liable for losses arising from a price, pack size, or contact detail that turns out to be outdated or incorrect.
Subscription and billing
Access is a recurring monthly subscription, billed via HitPay. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. If a payment fails, we’ll suspend access until it’s resolved. To cancel, email gpmedilist@gmail.com or manage your subscription through HitPay directly.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for providing false or expired licensing information, or for misuse of the service. We’ll try to let you know why when we do.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date -- continuing to use GP MediList after a change means you accept the update.
